🔑 Your Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage virtual new‑hire orientations and departure processes, including paperwork, access provisioning, and equipment logistics.

People Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in our people platform; process status changes, benefits enrollments, and payroll inputs.

Talent Support: Assist with job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.

Employee Inquiries: Act as a primary point of contact for team questions on policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring prompt, accurate guidance.

Reporting & Compliance: Generate routine people‑operations reports and ensure documentation aligns with internal standards and local regulations.

Culture & Engagement: Support virtual events, recognition programs, and feedback initiatives to foster strong connections across time zones.

🌱 What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years in a people‑focused or operations role—experience with distributed teams is a plus

Solid grasp of people‑operations processes, employment best practices, and data confidentiality
