Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Support the finance team with invoicing and tracking expenses
- Coordinate office activities, including events and team-building initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Office Administration or related fields preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
