About The Role
As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience in analyzing data, using statistical tools, and generating insights that drive informed decision-making. This role provides an excellent opportunity to launch your career in data analytics, with full training provided and room to grow into more advanced analytical and professional roles.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical tasks related to data collection and analysis
- Contribute to and manage ongoing analytical projects
- Apply analytical thinking to solve business problems and recommend solutions
- Complete routine data assignments and gain exposure to advanced analytics
- Follow established procedures to resolve standard or routine issues
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Interest in learning SQL, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Basic understanding of statistics and data concepts
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Clear and effective communication abilities
Compensation
Estimated salary range: $45,000 – $65,000
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and performance. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive pay based on business needs.
